SPTM, NMIMS, Shirpur campus, had organised a workshop on "WORKPLACE- ETIQUETTES & MASTERING PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR” Friday, July 5, 2024, for non-teaching staff. Workplace etiquette and professional behaviour are essential for fostering a productive, respectful, and harmonious work environment. These practices not only enhance individual performance but also contribute to overall organizational success.
In addition to a few activities like Icebreaker, brain teaser and complimenting a colleague. The workshop highlighted on dos and don’ts at the workplace, practical tips to improve workplace etiquette and professional behaviour and practiced therapeutic stress relaxation techniques that can help to manage stress levels. The participants interacted well and took part with enthusiasm. The workshop went smoothly and got very good feedback.
